An in-person consultation is necessary in order for us to understand your goals and recommend the best treatment plan to achieve them, as well as to determine your eligibility for your desired procedure.

How to Find Us
We are conveniently located on Route 96 with excellent access to Interstate 490 and the New York State Thruway. Our building is set back away from the road, as indicated in the photo. Our first floor office has ample parking for your convenience.
