If you would like to access the patient portal but have not been given a username/password, please call our office and they will assist you.

Troubleshooting the Portal

If you’re having difficulty logging in, double check that you’re using a current and up-to-date browser. We’ve found Chrome or Mozilla Firefox offer the best experience.

Additionally, make sure that you have clicked the “Log in as Patient” button after you click the Patient Portal link.
